Consultations can be carried out by phone or face to face, depending on your preference and the treatment you’re considering.

For laser treatments, we’ll assess the existing pigment, tattoo or PMU, your skin and treatment history before recommending the most appropriate approach.

There’s no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach — just honest advice based on what’s right for you.

02 — Your Treatment Plan

A treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Once we understand your goals and assess your individual needs, we’ll recommend the most appropriate treatment approach for you.

We’ll explain what’s involved, what you can realistically expect, and whether you may need more than one session to achieve your desired result.

For laser removal or fade-out treatments, we’ll consider factors such as the pigment, tattoo or PMU, its age and depth, and how your skin is likely to respond.

04 — Aftercare

Looking after your skin is an important part of the treatment.

After your appointment, we’ll provide you with clear, personalised aftercare guidance specific to your treatment.

We’ll explain what to expect during the healing process, how to care for the treated area and anything you should avoid while your skin is recovering.

Following your aftercare advice carefully helps support the healing process and gives your skin the best opportunity to recover well.

05 — Healing & Results

Good results take time — your skin needs time to heal.

Your treatment doesn’t finish when you leave the clinic. Your skin needs time to recover and, particularly with laser treatments, your body needs time to naturally clear the treated pigment.

You may notice changes in the treated area over the days and weeks following your appointment. This is a normal part of the healing and treatment process.

Every person responds differently, so results and treatment times can vary. Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on your treatment, the pigment being treated and how your skin responds.

We’ll always give you honest, realistic expectations and guide you through the process at every stage.

06 — Review & Next Steps

Your journey doesn’t end when your treatment does.

Where appropriate, we’ll review your progress and assess how your skin and the treated area have responded.

For treatments that require multiple sessions, we’ll use this time to determine when your skin is ready for the next stage and whether any adjustments are needed to your treatment plan.

We’ll never recommend unnecessary treatments. Our approach is always based on your skin, your progress and the result we’re working towards.
